Course Content :
We are offering a summer course in Hong Kong for beginner and intermediate level non-IB & non-AP Chinese students interested in learning about Chinese culture including paper cutting, Chinese cuisine, Chinese knot tying, Mahjong, Chinese chess & checkers, Chinese costume making and cultural site visits. The students will meet every weekday from 9am to 12pm, over the course of 3 weeks. Through this course, the participants will have the opportunity to balance fun and learning, improving their Chinese vocabulary associated with the activities, and increasing the appreciation of the culture around us in Hong Kong. This course will be run mostly in English with some Chinese by Rhoda Yuen.
